Our Fun & Friendly Returns & Refund Policy

We get it sometimes love at first sight turns into “meh” at second glance. No hard feelings! Here’s how we break up with items gracefully:

The Timeframe

  • You’ve got 30 days from the day it lands in your arms to decide if it’s The One.

  • If you do decide to part ways, once we give the green light, you’ve got 14 days to send it back before the refund fairy disappears.

Condition Matters, Darling

  • Send it back undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging treat it like it’s coming back to us for a second date.

  • If it arrives looking like it’s been through a rock concert mosh pit, we may have to say no.

When It’s Our Fault

If your item shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right full refund or an exchange.
Just send us some pics and a quick message so we can fix it faster than you can say “oops.”

Free Returns = Zero Drama

No awkward “you pay for shipping” convo here. Returns are 100% free. We’ll send you a pre-paid label so you can just pack it, stick it, and send it.

How to Break Up (Nicely)

1. Email us at support@bhadnboujie.com your order number and a short “it’s not you, it’s me” note.

2. We’ll approve it and send your pre-paid label.

3. Pop it in the post within 14 days and we’ll handle the rest.
